A volunteer-run CNPS East Bay Chapter project tucked into Tilden Regional Park in the Berkeley hills. Dedicated exclusively to plants native to Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, grown from ethically collected local seed. The gold standard for true East Bay ecotype sourcing.

Larner Seeds

A beloved Bolinas institution providing California native seeds, plants, and ecological inspiration since 1977. Larner's depth of knowledge — spanning wildflowers, bunchgrasses, shrubs, and trees — and commitment to natural history make it one of the finest native seed sources in the state.

Nature's Seed

A national seed supplier with a strong California native collection, including wildflower mixes, bunchgrasses, and individual species sourced from wild-origin genetics and USDA-tested for purity and germination. A good resource for larger-scale seeding projects.
